As we stated, we searched thru SOT Forum and provide our Attorney with Information we found thru Forum.  Once the information is obtained, our Attorney sends the Payment Agreement Form to the new client to sign, before the work begins.   This is our new company policy.  If the new client does not want to sign the Payment Agreement,  we wish them luck.
