Source of Title Forums: Re: US TITLE SEARCH, INC

Our Company policy: "Any new client, who wishes to work with us, needs to sign our "Payment Agreement form". Stating that they will pay for the searches our company have completed for them.

This is advised per our Attorneys, so our company can be protected. Just like we signed their abstractor vendor form.
