I just want to add that I have worked with this company for about a year now and while there have been some times that they have been slow to pay- they eventually do pay, and that is far better than the ones that call up and take the work and steal your money, like a lot do. I have worked for the predecessors of this company a long time ago and  got stiffed by one of the cell companies because they were making changes to the KC management.
This company at least works with the examiners and keeps sending work, even when things look down-I can say they have been a true saving in this time of very few re-fi's and purchases-
And the gentleman's name at US Title is Jim Cutlass, also- he seems to be getting things turned around from previous people that were there.
