Today we received a fax from Jim Kudless, VP of US TITLE SEARCH, in regards of the Agreement and feedback from SOT. They refused to sign our agreement, assuring us that we will get pay for the searches. So they cancelled the 6 commercial searches we received from them on 8/11/2006.

Our Policy is to run a feedback report for any new client we get, and per our Attorneys, they need to sign our Payment Agreement, if they wish to work with us.
