Hi Again David: Sorry about my mis information about hacking- and viewing the source code was just as easy as you said- of course it made no sense to me and would find it hard to extract anything worthwhile out of that mess- but I guess there are those that live for the opportunity to dive into the code and do what they do.
I do not know how much information Virginia state has given away or hidden in all the possible bulk sales you so often refer to. I take it that all of the states give up their private information through these bulk data sales and all the information has already been purchased by the bad guys and is being used as we speak. I hope that is not the case-, but it seems like we all have already been "had" by our governments and leaders-  I wonder how big business is able to secure their secret information and keep it out of the competition's hands.
Just wondering here in good ole Virginia-!
