No problem Steve, but the VA Watchdog had nothing to do with the breach or the article. She wasn't my source for this article. The source was a press release from the VA Bureau.

I do BJ Ostergren  has done a good job bringing this issue to the light of the citizens. As far as details go, she only publishes the exact same documents as the state and county governments.

By the way, can you tell me if this breach by the State of Virginia exposed title insurance agents. The press release said all insurance agents but I wasn't certain if this meant title insurance agents as well. Are they licensed under a different agency?
