Not one mistake in 22 years, you are the anomaly. I consider my father and brother the very best this industry has to offer and they have had claims. Albiet they won, but had claims none the less.
For a profession based upon intrepretation of the law, it's truely amazing you have never interpreted incorrectly.
By the way how much time in your 8 or so years of schooling was actually devoted to real property law? Rumors I have heard is that it is covered for a couple weeks or so in law school.
Is there a school known for having  extensive real property law covered?
