Very arrogant words firing someone for one mistake. Here are a couple points for you to ponder.
1. The person is only as good as their training. If this was an inhouse examiner, her work is a direct reflection of her training. Christ I grew up in this industry and my father wouldn't let me do a full search for until a full three months after I started. (Midland Title '94)
2. I don't care how long you've been in the business or how good you think you may be. You will screw up, you personally will screw something up. It's gonna happen and if you think is won't, you're too dumb to even know you've made a mistake and should exit stage left.
People that deal in absolutes..... well you know that story.
