but one mistake and you're going to dismiss an employee? In what area of life does that work? What employee, in any profession, is, well, God. We all have come up short before. Yes, the financial consequences are great, as we are playing for high-stakes in this business, but I tend to lean more towards Robert's view.
I agree this is a forum, asking for differing opinions but think of the turnover and re-training time and expense if one gets into the batter's box and takes strike one and they're out.
