Good for you Kevin! Supply and Demand. I have always gone through my day figuring what it cost to do something. It works most in a sales enviornment, but can be applied to everything you do. With mine, I take the salary I expect to make and then divide down to the minute. My time is worth about $1.44 per minute. That's a five hour day, btw. When you take that extra call at work from home... when you do that "favor" figure out what it's costing you and your entire business model will change.
