Source of Title Forums: Re: Cut and Paste Transunion Orders

In one of my counties, it is custom and practice to put in a disclaimer stating that company drafting the deed is doing so only as a scrivener, without any warranty as to the accuracy of the legal description.

I'm not sure what effect this has legally, just thought it was interesting.
