I'm not trying to be funny, but I have a question. Isn't part of our job reading the legal description from priors to current vesting instrument and other docs like TU? And if you're doing this, wouldn't it behove you to just type it out knowing you are not perpetuating any faults from prior instruments? Maybe that's old fashioned, I'm curious what other folks are doing though.
