I have this deed plotting software but then again some of the 1800 legal descriptions I have come across in the last couple of months you can't plot cuz they can decipher a proper legal - I have to laugh - most of these deeds say in one of the last paragraphs "we have intended to deed all of this land ..... whether or not the above metes and bounds description includes all of this property" and I can tell you thank God for that last paragraph because it is the only thing that saves the correct amount of land to be transferred from one party to the other.
