The things we like best about QuestExpress is that we get fewer status phone calls from clients. They can just go online and check the status of their order. Saves us tons of phone calls.  Also if they have accounting questions, they can go online to get invoice questions.
We like the fact that everything is scanned and we can access information at any time for any date. It is accurate, fast and very easy to use. It has eliminated many steps. We are able to do in 4 hours what would usually take us a full day for.
The system has been designed and tested for title businesses, so they know what is needed.
For us, it is very affordable since we have a fairly large amount of orders each month and get a very good discount.
Just my input for what it's worth. Hope this has been helpful. Tell Chuck hi for me too.
Sharon
