Danielle: Send me your M&B descriptions and I'll plat them out on my platting software(for free of course) so you can show or find any errors that might be encountered. I have found that most M&B descriptions have some errors just in the repeated abstracting and re-typing on the next documents that naturally occur. Just a fact of the complexity of acreage cases.
