I think that it a great concept.  But unfortunately people are so greedy that instead of helping eachother and giving you a lead and saying, I don't cover that county but so and so does.etc...they try to get you to drop your prices so they can resell and peddle your hard work.  The fat cat is not the searcher out there hitting the courthouses, but the one recycling your searches.
