I would love to talk to you re: the process and the details if you have time.  wilbedav8@aol.com They owe me a couple of thousand and It is unfortunate because the client she is getting the foreclosure searches are a great company and she (Amanda) tried to con both me and my husband.  She will argue over every copy and then actually took a typed invoice from 10-06 til current and mispelled some names and said she could not find them so she wasn't paying.  The burden of proof was on me to supply her with all the dates and names.  She is just bouncing around lake and porter county Indiana using the searches here for her foreclosure client but soon she will lose that client because she is running out of searchers to burn here.  This is a small town and we all talk and warn others.  That is why I am so surprised she got through the cracks.  I wish I would of read these remarks about her when she first started giving me the run around and I would of cut her off a couple of thousand dollars ago.  When I see a neg about someone I will not do their searches out of respect for the people they burned previously.  If people have a sense of loyalty and stick together maybe we can run crooked, dishonest people out of business.  What makes it worse is that we are a small company and every order affects us.  I am going to put her on the wall of shame at both courthouses.  This is how all the independents in our area stick together....
