Yes, we have been making payments to abstractors all the time.  Maybe not as much or as fast as some would like, but we haven't stopped paying people, including those who have bashed me/CRSI.  Some people ask why we started with April as a starting point.  I think that it's a good starting point for us because we have made lots of payments of those orders, but there are still some that haven't gotten paid.  By starting with April, we can finish up paying those who fell through the cracks, not because we slacked off but because of the constant phone calls from the same people screaming for payments all the time.

What about prior to April orders?  We are going to be going backwards from April as well.  Not as quickly as we are going to be going forward from April, but at least tracking backwards as well.
