I spoke with a HUD atty this afternoon, Barton Shapiro. He advised four walls and a door are fine. What's important is the signage. There needs to be adequate signage within the office and exterior of the office. Obviously separate equipment. And lastly fair market rent on the space. He said other than that, there is not much to it since there is no ABA.
