Well, I got a check from the title company today.
My next dilemma is whether or not to deposit it in my account for the simple fact that this woman is very vindictive and will probably stop payment on it again. I have spoken with 2 other people that she refused to pay. They did get their money (eventually).She owes me more money but I'll take what I can get.
I did report her to the BBB, maybe they were a help with this one.
