Michael,   In case the web site I gave you doen't work, try experioronline.com .  Also the Kansas Land Title Association offers a great study book called "Evidencing Kansas Land Title"  It covers a lot of what would be on the abstractor's exam and the title insurance exam.  I believe it cost me $50.00.
