The posting here hasn't been as well read as I would have hoped, but the article has received wide acceptance. I've received some comments from journalists who will be using the information in their own articles. This is what I had hoped for. Since the article came out I've noticed more officials, journalists and abstractors signing up for the newsletter.

When irresponsible or just uninformed government officials publish our records online, they pull each of us from our quiet homes and allow our records to be strip-searched in cyberspace. When local government calls this a service to its constituents, it is an outrage.
