We at Tri County in NY, have given them more than enough chances to catch up on their invoices they owe us, last contact was one of their accts. payable people calling and saying that funds would not be available to pay us until the middle of Sept. Emailed Jim Girardi, questioning this and it went unanswered. Seems they bounce around, getting searches from any abstractor that will take them on, then not pay. We haven't had a search request since July, now that they owe us.
