I have been in 2 closings in the last few weeks where the borrowers were all freaked out thinking that someone could "just take" their property from them. I then explained Owner Policies and Loan Policies and why we have them and the process that Title Insurance Companies go through via search and exam. That we have curative specialists for a reason. Although I haven't seen the commercial, they each told me after asking very specific questions  that I answered that they thought that it was very misleading that anyone could even air that on TV. One likened it to the robocalls they received from an overseas caller about car warranties.
