There lies a supply and demand opportunity there Gentlemen.

Also, its not just India...

It is a digital, global market out there and I figure if there is supply and demand, that means opportunity and price.

If some Russian guy is jacking my Current Owner Refinance, and I have a client coming at me with only 50-year searches, I am charging a lot, especially in those rural counties. It is potential trend, but one that will take a lot of time and followers before we start seeing the results.
