It’s in Massachusetts. There was no mix up between the two it seems. I’m just worried I won’t be able to sell the house because only the current title insurance ace company is the only one willing to insure it. The first two title insurance companies deemed it uninsurable. Also the guy who got foreclosed upon could come back with some claim that the foreclosure was not done correctly for the next three years and my title policy would have to not have an exclusion for this in order to cover legal expenses.
