There is a correct book number showing where this deed came from. But it looks like they made a mistake and referenced the wrong property in the book and page number, which is the neighboring property and also belonged to the same family, but was given away to other children.

So I should make sure the title company does not have an exclusion for coverage on this? I am told that the seller would have to correct the deed, and seller being Fannie Mae, of course they will refuse to do it. So when can I do a corrective deed?
