That was my thought, too -- that it is the India shutdown/slow down -- but that doesn't explain why my local title companies are giving me more 1 owner searches that would normally get done in house.  They have the same access I do so why am I getting the searches?  And why is my one big client that only does refi's also sending me more work when I know they have in-house/on-line searches on staff?

Not really sure what's going on (unless perhaps the locals are laying off people temporarily?)  At least it's something.  Sales are just plain GONE and I know the title companies are really going to start struggling soon.
