What a laugh.  When ALTA ceases behaving like First American's 'girlfriend' - to use an acceptable term - their indignant response will be more believable.

Worth noting are the lines, "Mr Woolley would have his readers believe that conducting a title search is as easy as a google search." and "There are tens of thousands of title agents in this country who are the backbone of our industry.  They are hard-working men and women, many of whom are "mom and pop" operations."
