My whole point is why should you (or whoever the he**) else be paid for August work when I am still waiting for January/February payment. If I kept a title report for 9 months, I would be canned, yet, I have to wait that long to be paid. I will call one of my helpers and tell her that they next 2 months work that she does for me will be paid in July of next year but I still need her to help me in my office, yeah right!! Well, I just bought pre-paid legal, guess I'll use it.
