This is what I'd request... an O&E report request late Saturday afternoon -- need it back by Sunday a.m.  
Seems to me they promised 24/7 service.  
Oh, and of course, it must be done for a minimum fee, does $35 sound reasonable?
I'm assuming all reports are thoroughly researched, all neighboring legal descriptions are examined for possible encroachments, any easements of record, the proper government patent has been filed, taxes and name searches are provided, and the report is neat and accurate.
