Ah I see... so you are getting work from the party you are leasing space from.  That makes sense.  Then I guess there is a "thing of value" to be concerned about.  I was under the impression that you were just leasing space and there was no referral of services.  My mistake.... sorry.  Then yes... I can see the issue.
