Before this goes any further..... I have spoke with Mr. Kothari at a few seminars. I know who most of his large clients are. If you want to make a difference, walk into your office tomorrow and fire your underwriter and go with a 100% American only underwriter.

We are the ones perpetuating our own demise. Allowing First American among the many, to continue to operate overseas and feed off the backs of independent agents is a disgrace. But we as an industry are not prepared nor do we have the courage to do what we must to make a statement.

Rhetoric is just that, rhetoric. We are still generating policies off the very same people that would outsource us when the training and automization is complete.

Mr. Kothari is a nice enough man, but in his eyes more jobs are created by outsourcing than he is taking. I tend to disagree with his logic.
