Just to recap: 

American title companies don't need us, we're over-rated and over-paid, and they decide to find someone (anyone) cheaper to do this work.

American title companies choose India and outsource billions of loans and title examinations.

India comes to America, asking us to do the title work.

We have to go to India to do it.
