Let me understand this, since it isnt my area, a title company orders a search from an abstractor and the examiner changes $50, the title company puts on the HUD $125, pays the examiner their $50, that is a violation?
Can someone tell me why there is a title examination line on the HUD? That isnt the same thing as a search. What if someone uses both of those lines with fees, but only one search was done?
