This will be one of the most fun, relaxed, informational events you've ever attended!  I've heard these meetings described as 'un-conventions' because they tend to organically evolve as topics are presented.

When you arrive there will be a paper grid on the wall. If you have a topic to share, just write in your name and topic.  When that 15 minute time slot comes up, you have the floor.

Don't be shy, and don't feel like you've missed an opportunity if you don't sign up that morning.  As time allows, you can add to the grid all day long.  If you already know your topic, feel free to prepare a handout to distribute to the room.

This is a super area, as most Carolinians already know.  The weather is a perfect ocean breeze summer that time of year and the event is being held at the beautiful Hampton inside Broadway at the Beach; entertainment and shopping central for anyone visiting the coast.

We want to encourage everyone to attend but seating is limited to the first 60, so don't delay in reserving a spot.  Some of the topics I've already heard mentioned are collection tips (clever ones!), software, future of the industry, ideas on diversification, trading forms, and sharing companies. However, if relaxation therapy is important tool for you as an abstractor, we want to hear about it!

The collective wisdom we'll receive from sharing together in a relaxed environment is priceless.  And speaking of price, the event tab has been picked up by NALTEA.  (Thanks!)

Can't wait to see you!
Jan
