I got the certified letter as well, but I didn't quite get the same impression.  Mine says there will be an increase in the renewal premium, AND an increase in the minimum policy Retention level available to $5,000.  Now - I don't quite know WHAT that means, my policy is 500,000 - I'm not sure what they mean by Retention level.  Hopefully they are not planning on a 316% increase in premiums.
