Thanks for your encouragement.  It's distressing to see this day after day and have to argue with clerks who know better but pretend there isn't a thing wrong with what they're doing.  

My new attempt will work if several hundred residents get letters starting out with "Hi, you don't know me but I found your social security numebr online and here's who to contact to complain about it..."

There are so many social security numbers online in our UCC database it will take no time at all to get 30 letters together.  Honestly, less than 30 minutes.  Hopefully enough abstractors will offer assistance that they can just choose a letter of the alphabet and run with it.  That should saturate the state well enough to see some sort of result.  Or, it will move at least one of those recipients to contact one of the class action attorneys.
