Robert- It is very good to hear some agents actually do the right thing- some have to be coerced- as with the company I have been with for a number of years- so as my total volume has gone down to a small percentage of what it was four years ago- their rate has remained the same or gone up-kind of like a win-win for the agents- less potential liability for more money- seems as thought everyone gets more money except those of us locked in to a fixed fee- we should go for ¼ % abstract fee for regular subdivided lots and an adjusted fee for the more complicated cases like acreages and commercial property.
