The 60 days memo is crazy as they owed me for a span between 6 months and they paid it. I think you just have to contact the right person. I would remind them that the order belongs to you until paid for and that it shouldn't be used in any transaction until payment is cleared on your end. I used this tactic and was paid the same week.
