Hello Tammy,
As long as you did not solicit any of your former employer's clients, I would think that it would be a non-issue. I would believe that he/she would have to prove that you did in fact do just that.
In the future, if anyone contacted you that had previously been involved with your former employer, I think I would have something on hand that they could sign and date, stating that fact. Just to be on the safe side.
