I would. You're not in business to provide free copies of documents you are charged for to clients. I've had clients who finally became enough of a problem that I'd find out their doc charges, then let them know, and ask for that cost up front prior to obtaining the copies. Seems that MOST clients in WI get the hint pretty quick. There's a few that are, shall we say, less accomodating.
