This is just one more example of the vendor management companies cutting corners whereever possible.  We don't lower our prices so they start shorting on the copies.  Here's another one:  they don't WANT copies so they don't get them.  THEN they call because the idiot underwriter can't find his own a** and WANTS the copy.  Good God, how could I possibly DARE to charge them a document retreival fee???  Stand firm!!  Don't take crap off anyone!  They are charging THEIR client for the copies, don't accept this--even if it IS $4.
