Well... I am inclined to agree that it is a particularly egregious practice that would be nice to take care of in court. However, in my case, $150 just isn't worth it. I don't think my attorney's fees would be recoverable and I'm not about to spend thousands of dollars to recover $150.
I just got back from a meeting with my attorney on another issue - I have a warranty claim that falls under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The value of the product is about $1,500 and it would likely cost $3,000 in legal fees, however, under the Act, I can recover my attorney fees as well. That makes it much easier to justify.
