Regardless what they decide to do. Abstractors who have 10+ years should be grandfather in and given a license and just do a continue education course if required. If title companies are going to let its good abstractors go because they are afraid of being sued. Then so be it. Where are they going to find licensed abstractors? I never heard of a license for abstractors because if there were a license, we would all have one.
