Yes, I have. I've responded to 2 other people so far this morning! Last year we did lots of work form them, they eventually paid us - all of it at one time.

But I gave them my 5th call this morning with a warning I would take them to collection if they don't pay soon. I think it's true they make the rounds when they don't pay one abstractor, they go to another. That's why they recently came back to us.

And they're ridiculous with their turn times and yes, they don't pay enough. I asked to be taken off their list.
