How dare you make those remarks without getting your facts straight!

First of all you better get your facts straight before you start slandering my name and company because I have showed this e-mail to my attorney!!

I never cursed at you or anyone in your company for you know that and I never told you to F off, that is not in my vocabulary!

Second, the 3 lawsuits I am involved in are NOT real estate related and I am in the Plaintiff in all 3 cases, so where do you get your facts?

Third, I am a corporation, not a sole proprietor!

Fourth, why would I want to conduct business with a company that is willing to sue me if I miss a mortgage, instead of ASKING me to check the search and revise the report, like you have done in the past?

I admit guilt for not reporting the missed mortgage for some reason I did not receive the document through our fax, so when I confronted my searcher she pulled out the mortgage within 5 minutes and re-faxed them to me.

I in turn immediately faxed the revised report along with the mortgage information within the hour, apologizing for the missed mortgages and even disregarding any fees that I may have incurred, a freebie sort of speak!

My conversations with Mr. Dan Zereski were nothing but positive and re-assuring to one and other that I WILL talk to my E&O provider and have them look into the issue if there is validity for a claim, and then we can move forward to the next level.

As everyone can read Mr. Bodonyi seems quite irrational and I do not understand why?
