John, I attended a collection seminar a few years ago. One of the "do not do" actions spoke about was faxing a derrogatory document pertaining to a non-paying company could get you in a bunch of legal trouble. Even mailing a past due notice that showed through the window envelope that it was a dun for past due services was cause for a law suit. Attorneys, is this correct information?
