Wayne,  It sounds like the fair thing to do would be to pay the
invoices and then complete your audit(s).  It also sounds like you
might not "know" all the abstractors doing work for you, but some-
one in your shop took the order info and sold it to someone else and
got paid for it.  Clean up your accounts or / then get out of the business.
