We handle all foreclosure searches in southwestern Pennsylvania for a national company that is one of our largest accounts.  We have never had a problem getting paid for our work.  In fact, we get a weekly check from them before we even have a chance to send out an invoice.

We have another client who sends us REO searches on occasion, and they always pay within two weeks of receiving our invoice.

Maybe just a Georgia thing(?)
